The products are created by combining natural minerals with other selected components, such as vibrant colour pigments. This mixture is then drawn into blanks, pressed, and vulcanised under high heat and pressure to form the final product. The elastic properties of the material eliminate the need for plasticisers.
During the factory’s manufacturing process, specific substances are added to ensure the surface of the rubber is dense and closed without the need for additional varnish or film. This is the reason why rubber flooring does not require coating and, with proper care and maintenance, will retain its appearance for many years.
